Asbestos Investigation and Assessment
- Conducting thorough asbestos surveys by Registered Asbestos Consultant to identify and assess the presence of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in buildings and structures.
- Preparing detailed Asbestos Investigation Reports (AIR) in accordance with the Code of Practice on Asbestos Control issued by the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) under the Air Pollution Control Ordinance (Cap. 311).
Asbestos Management Plans (AMP)
- Developing and implementing Asbestos Management Plans to ensure the safe handling, maintenance, and monitoring of ACMs.
- Providing training and guidance to building owners and occupants on asbestos safety and management practices.
